4 large skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Olive oil
½ cup AP Flour
¾ tsp. ground cinnamon
½ tsp. ground paprika
½ tsp. ground smoked paprika
Kosher salt to season
¾ cup Sweet & Spicy Sauce in medium bowl (recipe to follow)
Ranch Dressing for dipping (recipe to follow)
Instructions
Mix flour, cinnamon, paprika and smoked paprika in a Ziploc bag.
Clean and cut chicken into 1” x 2” pieces and season with kosher salt.
Toss seasoned chicken pieces in flour mixture and shake off excess.
Heat 10” skillet with ½ cup olive oil over medium-high heat. When oil is shimmering add chicken pieces and fry in batches until golden on both sides and internal temperature measures 160° F.
Drain cooked pieces on a paper towel lined plate then toss in Sweet & Spicy sauce.
