Hi Cathy!
You did a demonstration at City Hall last month. I was the one who said that you should do something with the Paleo diet. Maybe add a Greek flair and combine it with what the early Greeks would have been able to forage for a Paleo diet. I hope that you get on the Food Network. Good luck.

Hi Wynne! Thanks! I will definitely look into adding some Paleo recipes to the site. The Greek/Mediterranean diet is extremely healthy and is similar to the Paleo diet as it does not include large amounts of refined foods, trans fats and sugars. A traditional Greek Island diet uses what is fresh and naturally available. I truly believe that we need to turn back to the earth to become healthy and vibrant.
